Kirgizfil’m
a film studio in Frunze, Kirghiz SSR, founded in 1942 as an outgrowth of a correspondents’ bureau as the Frunze Newsreel Studio. In 1956 the studio was reorganized as the Motion Picture Studio of Documentary and Feature Films. It has been called Kirgizfil’m since 1961.
