Ochoa syndrome
Ochoa syndrome (ō-chō'ah), an autosomal dominant disorder combining the clinical features of Hinman syndrome (no coordinated bladder and bowel control) with inversion of the facial expression (when smiling or laughing, the child appears to be crying).
