Special Features:The first park of the Louisiana State Parks system,Longfellow-Evangeline interprets the history of the French-speakingpeople of the state. The park's centerpiece is Maison Olivier, a Creoleplantation home built around 1815. The site also features an Acadian Farmstead depicting the lifestyle of Acadian settlers.
