Location:Entrance is at 1925 Las Virgenes Road, 4 miles south of Highway 101 in Calabasas.
Facilities:60 developed family campsites (some sites @di), group camp,restrooms (é), picnic areas (é), hiking, equestrian, and mountain bike trails(15 miles), interpretive trail (é), visitor center (é), exhibits.
Activities:Fishing, swimming, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, wildlife viewing, guided tours.
Special Features:Set in the rugged Santa Monica Mountains, this area was for centuries the center ofChumash Native American life. Part of the park's land wasonce owned by Twentieth Century Fox, and evidence of productions suchas M*A*S*H and Planet of the Apes can still be seen.
