Khudozhnik

(Artist), a monthly illustrated magazine dealing with the fine arts; the organ of the Artists’ Union of the RSFSR. Khudozhnik has been published in Moscow since October 1958. It is primarily devoted to contemporary Soviet art produced by the peoples of the RSFSR. The magazine contains monographic and survey articles, reviews of exhibitions, articles on art history, and information to assist amateur artists. Circulation, 50,000 (1980).
