NYSE EuronextA corporation that owns and operates numerous stock exchanges in the United States and Europe. It controls 10 exchanges directly and has a minority stake in the Doha Securities Market. It was formed in 2007 with a merger of Euronext and the NYSE Group. It was the first corporation to own exchanges on multiple continents. See also: NYSE Alternext. |
