Loksa

an urban-type settlement in Harju Raion, Estonian SSR, located on the Gulf of Finland at the mouth of the Valge River, 40 km northeast of the Kehra station on the Tallinn-Tapa line and 60 km east of Tallinn. Population, 3,000 (1970). Loksa has a shipyard and a brickyard.
