Katmai Mount

K0021500 (kăt′mī′), Mount A volcano, about 2,047 m (6,715 ft) high, in the Aleutian Range of southern Alaska at the eastern end of the Alaska Peninsula. It erupted cataclysmically in June 1912 creating the Valley of Ten Thousand Smokes.
