ISMAP

(World-Wide Web) An attribute of the HTML tag (inlineimage) which specifies that if the image is selected, thebrowser will generate a request indicating the coordinatesof the point which was clicked. This request is theninterpreted by the server by mapping certain regions of theimage to certain actions.
