(ă-dŭk'tŏr mag'nŭs mŭs'ĕl) Origin, ischial tuberosity and ischiopubic ramus; insertion, linea aspera and adductor tubercle of femur; action, adducts and extends thigh; nerve supply, obturator and sciatic.
