Kebaya

(or kabayak), women’s clothing worn in most areas of Indonesia. It consists of an open jacket, fitted at the waist, with long narrow sleeves and a buckle on the breast. There are two styles, kebaya péndék (short kebaya), a jacket extending a little below the waist, and kebaya panjang (long kebaya), a knee-length jacket.
