Investors in People Standard

A nationally (UK) recognised business-improvement tool promulgated by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES), which helps organisations realise their objectives by managing and developing their people. The Standard has three principles to which an organisation must subscribe and key indicators to work towards. An external assessor looks for evidence that these principles and indicators have been implemented throughout the organisation.
