(Proceedings of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), a journal that was published six times a year in Petrograd between 1912 and 1917; edited by Baron B.E. Nol’de.

Izvestiia Ministerstva inostrannykh del published international treaties, consular dispatches, legislative material, memoirs of Russian and foreign diplomats, and articles on international law, on the history of international relations, and on Russian foreign policy of the 19th and 20th centuries. It carried an international chronicle of political events and a bibliography on international law.
