Intercepted emails between fiance and principal, is this illegal?

Question
Country: United States of AmericaState: MassachusettsMy finance is a new teacher at a school she has cheated on me for the past month. I have found and saved various emails of conversations between her and her partner (who happens to be the school's principal). Is there any legal ramification (to me) if I were to send these saved emails to the school via email under a non-traceable, bogus email account? I guess by the definition this could be considered malice; however, all I am doing is sending an email that truly exist, that I did not alter in any way, to another party - so is this act malice and can I be charged with anything?
