Location:Take US 2 to Thompson, then M-149 north 3 miles to County road 442 and east .5 miles to park.
Facilities:145 modern campsites (é), 72 semi-modern campsites (with electrichookups), picnic area (é), 2 picnic shelters (é), playground, beachhouse (é), boat launch, trails (é).
Activities:Camping, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, hunting, cross-country skiing, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Park includes two separate units that are three miles apart and separated byIndian Lake. The lake is 6 miles long and 3 miles wide and has asurface area of 8,400 acres, but it is shallow, with a maximum depth of18 feet, and is best suited for smaller boats.

Special Features:The region of Indian Lake was originally a cluster of natural lakes situated on the Miami River. The present, much larger lake lies along one of the country's major avian migration routes and is a resting stop for several species of birds.
