Iablochnyi

an urban-type settlement in Kholmsk Raion, Sakhalin Oblast, RSFSR. Iablochnyi is located in the southwestern part of Sakhalin Island, on the Tatar Strait. It is served by a railroad station. The settlement has a fishing kolkhoz and a kolkhoz that grows berries and other fruits.
