Haller cell Hal·ler cell (hah'lĕr), a variant of ethmoidal air cell developing into the floor of the orbit adjacent to the natural ostium of the maxillary sinus. A diseased Haller cell is capable of obstructing that ostium and producing a maxillary sinusitis. |
