Haas effect
Haas effect[häs i‚fekt] (acoustics) A phenomenon whereby sound produced by the second of two loudspeakers cannot be detected if it is delayed relative to sound from the other loudspeaker by a time interval between 1 and 30 milliseconds and has an intensity less that 10 decibels above that of the primary sound. |
