Ibresi

an urban-type settlement, the administrative center of Ibresi Raion, Chuvash ASSR. Ibresi has a railway station on the Kanash-Ruzaevka line. Its industries include a timber combine, furniture factory, creamery, and brickworks. The settlement also has a people’s amateur theater.
