Healthy Hospitals Healthy Hospitals One of a number of discussion documents developed by an NHS trust in the UK which was underperforming—i.e., had zero or one star after an investigation by the now defunct Healthcare Commission—and presented to the public by the trust to consider its future role in providing clinical services to the local population. Such reports were meant to involve staff, local citizens and other stakeholders in a frank dialogue on how to improve performance. |
