Location:Just north of US 6, midway between Wellsboro and Mansfield near the central northern border.
Facilities:102 class A campsites, 10 modern cabins, 3 cottages, yurts, group tent camp, showers, flush toilets, picnic areas, picnic pavilions, snack bar, hiking trails (5 miles), swimming beach, bathhouse, boat rentals, boat launches, boat mooring, fishing pier, nature center, amphitheater, playfield, playground.
Activities:Camping, boating (electric motors only), fishing, swimming, hiking, ice fishing, ice skating, sledding, nature programs.
Special Features:The focal point of the park is the 137-acre lake developed by impounding Hills Creek. The area now covered by water has been almost continually influenced by beavers and beaver dams, and beavers still abound in the area. The depth of the beaver marsh is as great as 20 feet deep.
