Hurstmonceaux

a village in Great Britain, in the county of East Sussex, 70 km south of London. In the 1950’s, the Royal Greenwich Observatory was moved to Hurstmonceaux because London’s growth had made Greenwich Park in the eastern part of the city an unsuitable place for astronomical observations.
