Recreational opportunities along the byway include swimming, surfing, sailing, boating, fishing, bird-watching, hiking, and biking. The Indian River Lagoon is the most biologically diverse estuary in North America, home to more than 4,000 species of plants and animals.
Legth: 150 miles. Start/Endpoint: Runs along Florida's Atlantic Coast from the CanaveralNational Seashore near Titusville south to Wabasso. It includesportions of A1A, US 1, SR 3, and SR 405. Time to Allow: 4 hours. Designation/Year: National Scenic Byway (2002).
