Iazykovo

an urban-type settlement in Karsun Raion, Ul’ianovsk Oblast, RSFSR. Iazykovo is situated on the Uren’ River (Sura River basin). It is 34 km north of the railroad station of Chufarovo on the Ruzaevka-Ul’ianovsk line and 70 km west of Ul’ianovsk. The settlement has a textile and garment combine and a swine-breeding sovkhoz.
