They include corticosteroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome from a podocin gene mutation, the lethal autosomal recessive Pierson's syndrome, the autosomal dominant Nail-Patella syndrome, and the dominant Denys-Drash and Frasier's syndromes caused by a mutation in the Wilms' tumour gene. |
