Iasinia

an urban-type settlement in Rakhov Raion, Transcarpathian Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Iaşinia is located in the Lesistye Carpathians, on the Chernaia Tisa River. The settlement is served by a railroad station. Industry is represented by a timber combine, an artificial fur factory, and a weaving shop of the Rakhov Factory of Finely Crafted Articles. Two tourist centers and a museum of history and local lore are located in the settlement.
