(1) Has a median lethal dose (LD50) of ≤ 50 mg/kg when administered orally to 200–300 g albino rats; or
(2) Has an LD50 of ≤ 200 mg/kg when administered by continuous contact for 24 hours on the shaved skin of 2.0–3.0 kg albino rabbits; or
(3) Has an LD50 of ≤ 200 ppm of volume of gas or vapour, or ≤ 2 mg/L of mist or dust, when administered by continuous inhalation to 200–300 g albino rats.
