For example, in an interest rate swap, the fixed rate receiver may agree to pay LIBOR + 1% while the floating rate receiver may agree to pay 3.5%, both calculated over some notional amount. These interest rates are recorded in the swap agreement and are often referred to as the indication pricing schedule. |
