Indication pricing schedule

A statement of rates for an interest rate or currency swap.

Indication Pricing Schedule

In a currency swap or interest rate swap, the statement of the exchange rate or interest rates at which the counterparties swap. For example, in an interest rate swap, the fixed rate receiver may agree to pay LIBOR + 1% while the floating rate receiver may agree to pay 3.5%, both calculated over some notional amount. These interest rates are recorded in the swap agreement and are often referred to as the indication pricing schedule.
