During Tony Blair’s time as prime minister, he was minister for Communities and Local Government (2005–2006) and secretary of state for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs (2006–2007). In 2010 he lost the election to become leader of the Labour Party. His brother, Ed Milliband, got the job instead. |
