He has appeared in many television programmes about food and cooking including Hell's Kitchen, The F-Word, and Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. He is known for being a perfectionist (=someone who likes things to be perfect) in his cooking and is famous for becoming angry and using bad language when things go wrong.
