释义 | Friedan, Betty[ (fri-dan) ] An author and political activist of the twentieth century, who has worked for the extension of women's rights. In 1963, Friedan published The Feminine Mystique, a book that proved fundamental to the women's movement of the 1960s and beyond. She was a founder of the National Organization for Women.
