释义 | International Criminal Court, theˌInternational ˈCriminal ˌCourt, the (also the ICC) a court of law which has the authority to deal with individual people who have been accused of crimes against humanity, genocide, or war crimes. The court was established in 2003 and its headquarters are in The Hague. Many countries have signed agreements to say that they accept the authority of the International Criminal Court. Israel and the US also signed agreements, but later changed their minds and said that they did not accept the authority of the court. |
