Butler, Robert OlenButler, Rob‧ert O‧len /ˌrɒbət ˈəʊlən $ ˌrɑːbərt-/ (1945–) a US writer who was a soldier during the Vietnam war. Many of his novels are about living in a foreign country and Butler often writes about Vietnamese people who are living in the US. His novels include The Alleys of Eden, Tabloid Dreams, and A Good Scent from a Strange Mountain, which won a Pulitzer Prize in 1993. |
