Etymology: Partly < German Jodler (1811 or earlier) < jodeln yodel v. + -er -er suffix1, and partly (in later use) < yodel v. + -er suffix1.
A person who yodels; a person skilled in the vocal technique of yodelling. Cf. yodel v.
