Etymology: < un- prefix2 + plumb v.
1. transitive. To disinter (a person buried in a lead-lined coffin) in order to remove and make use of the lead. Cf. plumb v. 5. Obsolete.Apparently only with allusion to Edmund Burke's use (see quot. 17961).
