Origin: Apparently formed within English, by derivation. Etymons: un- prefix1, mensurable adj.
Etymology: Apparently < un- prefix1 + mensurable adj. (although this is first attested later in the relevant sense). Compare immensurable adj., and also earlier unmeasurable adj., immeasurable adj.
Originally Scottish. Now somewhat rare.
Not measurable, immeasurable.
