Palaeontology.

A genus of long-necked late Cretaceous dinosaurs that were very large in size and were among the last sauropods to exist; (also titanosaurus) a dinosaur of this or a related genus.The genus name Titanosaurus is not clearly defined, and most of the species formerly assigned to it have been moved to other genera.
