释义 | Braillen. Used attributively to designate a system of embossed printing for the blind, perfected by Braille in 1834. Also elliptical.In this system the symbols for the letters, etc., are composed of raised dots arranged in different ways. It was adopted as the standard system in England by the British and Foreign Blind Association, 1869–70.
