1978 Press Release (Govt. Canada Dept. Communications) 7 Dec. 1 The Canadian Videotex System, regarded by many as a significant technological advance over other known forms of two-way television, has been renamed Telidon, Minister of Communications Jeanne Sauvé announced today.
