The philosophical system or principles of Rosmini.Rosmini's explanation of the objectivity of human knowledge appealed to an ‘intuition’ of the Idea of Being as a necessary condition of all other ideas and judgements. This was regarded as involving a dangerous subjectivism, and in 1887 forty statements from his works were condemned by the Holy Office; this condemnation was rescinded in 2001.
