Medicine.
Nodular enlargement and reddening of the nose resulting from hyperplasia of sebaceous glands and connective tissue and dilatation of blood vessels, usually considered to be the end stage of rosacea. Also: an individual nodule of this; a case of this.

1871 A. Pullar tr. I. Neumann Text-bk. Skin Dis. ii. 156 In the most severe degrees of this affection, there are formed lobular and reddened protuberances (rhinophyma), of the size of a man's fist, containing numerous comedones.
