A luxury train which ran along the course of the Rhine between the Hook of Holland (near Rotterdam) and Basel.The train operated from 1928–38, and as a limited West German service between 1951–61. From 1962 it once again linked the Netherlands and Switzerland, ceasing operation in 1987.
