Etymology: < classical Latin redulcerāt-, past participial stem (see -ate suffix3) of redulcerāre to make sore again < red- , variant (before a vowel) of re- re- prefix + ulcerāre ulcerate v. Compare earlier reulcerate v.
Obsolete. rare. Apparently only attested in dictionaries or glossaries.
