A native or inhabitant of the Homeric town of Pylos in the southern Peloponnese, or of the territory ruled by Nestor or his dynasty.Pylos, traditionally regarded as the birthplace of Nestor and the name of his dynasty, is usually identified with Messenian Pylos at the northern end of Navarino Bay.
