The vogue spread to Paris and, more recently, to export markets... Some producers make a special type of wine... ‘Beaujolais Primeur’... The ‘Primeurs’ of Beaujolais were..released on..November 15... They are known as ‘Primeur’ until the end of January, after which they are called ‘Nouveau’ until the next vintage.
