Medicine.
Originally (more fully porokeratosis of Mibelli): an inherited (autosomal dominant) disorder of the skin characterized by the presence of annular lesions with raised horny borders surrounding atrophic centres. Later also: a skin lesion of this kind; (with distinguishing word or words) any of several other inherited or acquired skin disorders characterized by the presence of similar lesions.
