Etymology: < post-classical Latin perpetrabilis able to be perpetrated or carried out (late 2nd or early 3rd cent. in Tertullian) < classical Latin perpetrāre perpetrate v. + -bilis -ble suffix. N.E.D. (1905) gives the pronunciation as (pə̄·ɹpėtrăb'l) /ˈpɜːpɪtrəb(ə)l/.
Obsolete. rare.
Able to be perpetrated or carried out.
