Any of a class of compounds, many of which have fungicidal properties, whose molecules contain a ring of one oxygen, one sulphur, and four carbon atoms; spec. (more fully 1,4-oxathiin) a monocyclic compound in which the sulphur and oxygen atoms are at opposite vertices.
