Biochemistry.
With singular agreement. A branch of genomics dealing with the identification of genes involved in individual responses to nutritional factors and the determination of individual nutritional needs.Nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics are overlapping fields and the terms are sometimes used interchangeably, especially in non-specialist literature.
