Etymology: < classical Latin odōr-, odor odour n. + -imeter comb. form, after German Odorimeter (H. Zwaardemaker Die Physiologie des Geruchs 178). Compare odorimetry n.
Any of various (actual or proposed) instruments for measuring the intensity of odours.
